1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are published by AdswedMedia Playtime ("we", "us", "our") and govern your use of Candy Garden - Match & Build ("the Game").
By accessing, downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Game.
Please also review our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use your information.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Game.
If you are under the age of 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the Game. Your parent or guardian is responsible for your activity and compliance with these Terms.
By using the Game, you represent and confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.
3. Game Description
Candy Garden - Match & Build is a free-to-play casual game featuring match-3 puzzles, garden building, reward mechanics, and social features. The Game is available as a web application and via Google Play.
4. Virtual Currency and Items
The Game features virtual currencies and items, including but not limited to coins, gems, spins, cards, pets, and other in-game items. Please be aware of the following:
- All virtual currencies and items have no real-world monetary value.
- Virtual currencies and items cannot be exchanged, transferred, sold, or redeemed for real money, real goods, or any form of real-world value.
- Virtual items are licensed to you, not owned by you. We retain all rights, title, and interest in all virtual currencies and items.
- We may adjust the virtual economy, item values, drop rates, or availability at any time without prior notice.
- Virtual items may be permanently lost if you clear your browser data, uninstall the Game, or if your account is suspended or terminated.
5. In-App Purchases
The Game offers optional in-app purchases available through Google Play billing. By making a purchase, you agree to the following:
- All purchases are final, subject to the refund policies established by Google Play.
- Prices are displayed in your local currency as determined by Google Play.
- Available purchase categories include: Gem packs, Spin packs, Coin packs, and Special offers.
- You are responsible for all purchases made from your account, whether or not authorized by you.
- We are not responsible for unauthorized purchases. It is your responsibility to secure your device and account credentials.
6. Randomized Reward Mechanics and Odds Disclosure
The Game contains reward mechanics with randomized outcomes, including the Reward Spinner, Daily Bonus Wheel, Scratch Cards, and Card Chests.
These are game entertainment mechanics only. No real money is wagered or won. All probabilities are disclosed in-game via the "Odds" button.

7. User Conduct and Fair Play
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Modifying, reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Game or any part thereof.
- Using automated tools, bots, scripts, macros, or cheat software to interact with the Game.
- Exploiting bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics for unfair advantage. If you discover a bug, please report it to us.
- Harassing, threatening, bullying, or abusing other players in any way.
- Impersonating other players, game staff, or AdswedMedia representatives.
Violations of these rules may result in enforcement actions including, but not limited to:
- Warnings
- Progress reset
- Temporary suspension
- Permanent ban from the Game
8. Multiplayer Features
The Game includes multiplayer and social features such as the attack/raid system, clans, friends lists, and leaderboards, which involve interaction with other players.
- Player usernames are visible to other players within the Game.
- We are not responsible for the content or conduct of interactions between players.
- If you encounter inappropriate behavior, please report it to support@adswedmedia.com.
9. Playtime Rewards
The Game may offer rewards for playing, subject to the following conditions:
- Playtime rewards are subject to availability and may be modified, reduced, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
- Rewards are calculated based on verified play sessions as determined by our systems.
- Any fraudulent attempts to manipulate playtime, including but not limited to using automated tools or idling scripts, will result in immediate disqualification from rewards and may lead to account termination.
10. Intellectual Property
All game content, including but not limited to graphics, source code, audio, sound effects, music, game designs, text, animations, and user interface elements, is owned by AdswedMedia or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works based on any game content without our prior written consent.
- The "Candy Garden" name, logo, and associated branding are trademarks of AdswedMedia. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- We make no guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted, timely, error-free, or secure.
- We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or quality of any game content, features, or services.
- We disclaim all implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AdswedMedia and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any of the following:
- Loss of game data, progress, or virtual items
- Service interruptions, downtime, or server outages
- Loss of virtual currency or items due to account termination
- Unauthorized access to your account
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Game shall not exceed the total amount you have paid for in-app purchases within the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liability. In such jurisdictions, the limitations set forth above apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AdswedMedia, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with:
- Your use of or access to the Game
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
- Your violation of any third-party rights
14. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Game, you agree to the following process:
- Informal Resolution: Before initiating any formal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at support@adswedmedia.com. We will attempt to resolve your concern within 30 days.
- Governing Law: These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where AdswedMedia operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
- Class Action Waiver: To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against AdswedMedia.
15. Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
- You may stop using the Game at any time. No refund will be issued for unused virtual currency or items.
- Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms are immediately revoked.
- The following sections survive termination: Virtual Currency and Items, Intellectual Property, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Dispute Resolution.
16. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion.
- The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised to reflect the most recent changes.
- Material changes will be communicated through in-game notifications or via the Game's website.
- Your continued use of the Game following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
